Gungahlin Uniting Church is a diverse, open, inclusive, multicultural and multigenerational faith community based in Gungahlin, ACT.
We are part of the Uniting Church in Australia. We strive to be an open and inclusive community, welcoming people from different countries, cultures, traditions, ages, stories, genders, ability, gender identities and perspectives as we experience life and God together as part of our Christian faith.
We try not to pretend to know all the answers, instead we seek to follow the way of Christ together, in our own lives and throughout the world. You are welcome here in this place and welcome to participate in the life of this community.
We aim to live out our faith as a community by;
– sharing our faith journey together,
– exploring contemporary Christian spirituality,
– being inclusive and welcoming of all people,
– promoting social and environmental justice,
– being actively engaged in our community,
We are a community on a journey, we’ve grown from a small faith community planted in Ngunnawal in the early years of Gungahlin’s development to a thriving inclusive, intergenerational & multicultural community. As Gungahlin has grown we have seen a lot of change.
We are an open and inclusive community, everyone is welcome to use their gifts in worship, prayer, leadership, hospitality and teaching.
Every Sunday, 9:30am

Worship is for all ages, (0 to 93!) and seeks to be meaningful in different ways for us all.
In Jesus Christ we see how he drew near to each and all and so we hope our worship expresses this nearness too.
