Oasis is our primary aged children’s group that meets on most Sunday mornings during the term. We are looking for Oasis leaders for term 4 this year as well as any interested expressions for leading during next year.
This Sunday – 2 August
This Sunday we gather for worship at 9.30am. with Lynne leading us. Billabong will be having breakfast in the first half with Steph. After morning tea Oasis will meet and Alistair will bring us the message.

- We pray for our congregation as we seek leaders for Oasis in 2014.
- We pray for our congregation as we ponder small groups as part of our life.
- We pray for our new Church Council as it serves the church throughout the coming year.
- We pray for our Minister Mark as he prepares for Advent and Christmas.

For our GUC Community:
- We pray for our minister Mark, that healing will continue since surgery and for peace and hop for him and his family.
- We pray for guidance for each of the teams that are preparing to lead us in worship in the next weeks.
- We pray for those among us who are considering who to nominate for Church Council, and those who will need to make decisions about accepting nomination, that God’s choice for this time will be clear.
- We pray for those among us who are homesick for a place and a community that they have left behind, that they will be comforted.
- We pray for our neighbours who come to the food pantry, that they will find friendship and hope there.
