After much discernment and prayer Heather Lamb has decided to resign from the position of Church Life Coordinator (Community and Care) for personal and family support reasons. Heather’s last day in this position will be Friday 10 August 2018.
We are very grateful to Heather for all she has done in this role especially during the period from Mark Faulkner’s departure to Darren’s arrival. Her efforts along with Alison Tweedie are primarily responsible for this church functioning so well during this transition.
The position of Church Life Coordinator (Community and Care) is being reviewed by Church Council in light of current and future mission objectives. There may be some changes but these will be communicated to the congregation.
Heather will continue as Church Secretary until the AGM in November. She has decided not to be available for renomination to Church Council.
We wish Heather all the best in this new phase of her life in our church and once again express our heartfelt gratitude for all her efforts, care, listening and prayers.
