Every few years National Church Life Survey takes places amongst many churches/Christian communities around Australia. NCLS gathers people’s views on the church, faith and wider community.

Questionnaires will be handed out at the end of Sunday’s worship and they are available in English, Korean, Chinese and Arabic (still to come). There are also questionnaires for children aged from 8-14.

You can fill in your NCLS survey anytime over the next two weeks. Please place completed questionnaires in the pink box near the Minister’s door by Sunday 13th November!

The latest issue of With Love to the World is out. This is a daily devotional that follows the readings we have each Sunday in worship. With Love to the World is published by the Uniting Church in Australia and you can get your copy from near the front door of the foyer. With Love the World is available for a gold coin donation!

A note from Rev. Mark….

Each year a lot of work goes into writing and preparing our annual report. It is not so much something we must do, and not so much a “report”, but a story and account that reflects upon our life as a congregation. It is perhaps easy to flick through, but I would encourage you to read through it over a cup of tea, or instead of one tv show, or in your lunch hour at work. In this year’s “report” you will find some great reflections on what we do, some interesting stories about things that happen, an encouraging financial account, and on the whole a reminder that, although no one sees everything, a lot of good community and worship life has taken place.
