As Easter approaches our Creative Worship Team is meeting on Tuesday 16th February at 7.30pm in the quiet room at the church. Anyone who would like to come along and think about the way we worship together is most welcome. For any information please see Margaret Reeson.

A Note from the Food Pantry…..

29/01/2016 by Church Office

Another wonderful day was had at our Food Pantry on Thursday. With a steady flow of customers throughout the morning we had a chance to have lovely conversations and catch-ups with many. We welcomed a new evening volunteer for her first shift this week, rejoiced with a few customers who had found new jobs and sat with a few who needed a listening ear. Oasis for 2016 ..a leader is needed!

29/01/2016 by Church Office

Oasis is our primary aged children’s group which meets following morning tea each Sunday during school term time. Each year we need two leaders; one for terms 1 & 3 and one for terms 2 & 4. Ngaire Hosking is our leader for this term and then term 3, but we still need a leader for terms 2 & 4. All the material is provided and we see this as an important part of our church life. If you would like to discuss being a leader please see Mark.

About GUC

We are a community on a journey. We’ve grown from a small faith community planted in Ngunnawal in the early years of Gungahlin’s development to a thriving intergenerational and multicultural community located near the Gungahlin town centre.

Gungahlin Uniting Church is an open and inclusive community.  You are welcome to join us and participate in the life of our community as we experience life, God and seek to follow the way of Christ.
