Our Church at Prayer…

July 2, 2016 by Church Office

Inviting you to think about our own church community, the wider church, the world!

  • We pray for those people who are preparing for Baptism and Confirmation in our church.  We pray for our Minister Mark as he leads the conversations and for our Creative Worship Team as they think about the worship service on 17th July.
  • This week we pray for Lay Ministry. For people in our congregations who lead worship and those who exercise leadership in different ways across the many activities of the church.
  • This week we pray for Bolivia, Chile, Peru- for an end to drug trafficking throughout the region and the availability of other economic means of support.

About GUC

We are a community on a journey, we’ve grown from a small faith community planted in Ngunnawal in the early years of Gungahlin’s development to a thriving inclusive, intergenerational & multicultural community. As Gungahlin has grown we have seen a lot of change.

We are an open and inclusive community, everyone is welcome to use their gifts in worship, prayer, leadership, hospitality and teaching.

Worship With Us

Every Sunday, 9:30am
Gungahlin Uniting Church and Community Centre

Worship is for all ages, (0 to 93!) and seeks to be meaningful in different ways for us all.

In Jesus Christ we see how he drew near to each and all and so we hope our worship expresses this nearness too.
