Gungahlin Uniting Book Reading Group
Meets every second Wednesday night at 8.30pm at The George Harcourt Inn at Gold Creek. Everyone is welcome. Our next book is “Happiness” by Richard Layard. If you are interested please speak with Rob Tanton or Matt Grudnoff.

Grow One
Last Sunday we asked the congregation to indicate their level of giving to the church over the coming year so as to help us plan and budget ahead. At Gungahlin Uniting we do this each year and we call it Grow One. Asking people to indicate how much they feel they can give financially helps us plan responsibly our own work and giving to the wider church.

Billabong – Today
Billabong for high school youth meets today from 2-4 for games. The older youth will be involved in a simulation game that will give some thought to difficult choices in a complex world. If you would like to bring some biscuits for afternoon tea then please feel free to do so. See you there!

With Love to the World…
With Love to the World is available in the foyer for $4. This is a devotional guide published by the Uniting Church and has a short passage, thought and prayer for each day of the week, using the readings that we use each Sunday in worship. If you would like a copy, please just take one and put your $4 in the box.

About GUC

We are a community on a journey. We’ve grown from a small faith community planted in Ngunnawal in the early years of Gungahlin’s development to a thriving intergenerational and multicultural community located near the Gungahlin town centre.

Gungahlin Uniting Church is an open and inclusive community.  You are welcome to join us and participate in the life of our community as we experience life, God and seek to follow the way of Christ.

Worship With Us

Every Sunday, 9:30am
Gungahlin Uniting Church and Community Centre
108 The Valley Avenue

Worship is for all ages, (0 to 93!) and seeks to be meaningful in different ways for us all.

In Jesus Christ we see how he drew near to each and all and so we hope our worship expresses this nearness too.
