If you haven’t had a chance to fill in your form, indicating how you would like to be a part of your church in 2012, please grab one and fill it in today. There is a box in the foyer for completed forms. Vacancies still exist particularly in our children’s Ministry, Oasis and Billabong, and our Bulletin Editor!

Welcome!
Today we welcome Peter and Rachel Carlson and their family to church. Rachel is Peter and Joan Woodward’s daughter. Peter and Joan were a part of this congregation some years ago. In our worship today, Peter and Rachel will share with us their work with Wycliff and their plans to travel to PNG.

Where is Mark?
This Sunday Mark is leading the Life and Witness Consultation at Queanbeyan Uniting Church. Next Weekend Mark and his family will be at Blackstump after which he is taking one week’s holiday.

WWW (What Women Want) Movie Night – “The Help”
Ladies and Girls please join us on Friday evening the 23rd September at Hoyts Belconnen to see the latest release “The Help”. This movie has got great reviews. Billabong Bush Walk Tonight!!!
Billabong begins tonight at 5pm with a BBQ at the church and then we will walk from the church, up through Mulligans Flat behind Forde, then to the reserve car park at the back of Forde. Pick up time is 8.30pm. Please bring a working torch each, warm clothes, good shoes and emergency flares! Parents please sign in your child and leave your contact phone numbers!

Curry Night!
We will be having a Curry Night on Saturday 22nd October, starting 5.30pm, here at the church. The cost is $12 per person and you are asked to bring along drinks and wine to share. If you would like to come along please pop your name on the list in the foyer also indicating if you would be willing to assist in setting up and clearing up, or helping Kanthi in the kitchen! Remember if you would like to know more… Just ask!
